Common questions

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes. We answer the phone and dispatch a van at any hour, every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays. Emergencies do not keep office hours, and neither do we.

How quickly can you reach me?

Across Brighton and Hove our average time from call to arrival is around 45 minutes. Exact timing depends on your location and traffic, and we will always give you a realistic estimate on the phone.

Can you come to a motorway or busy road?

We attend roadside emergencies across our coverage area. For live motorway lanes, always call the police or Highways first for your safety, then contact us to fit or repair once you are somewhere safe.

Do you carry my tyre size?

We stock and source a wide range of sizes and brands for cars, vans and 4x4s. Have your tyre size ready when you call (it is printed on the sidewall) and we will confirm availability straight away.

How do I pay?

We take payment on site once the job is done. Ask about pricing when you call and we will be upfront before any work starts, no surprises.
